• Support and drive commercial deals with our customers from a legal perspective
• Serve as an internal resource on data privacy and information security
• Be a trusted legal adviser to the organization
• Implement and communicate Oracle business practices and policies

• Draft, review, revise and negotiate commercial agreements with customers
• Analyze and share developments in data privacy and information security laws and regulations
• Support public and private tender proceedings
• Identify, analyze and evaluate risks
• Interface with colleagues at Oracle Legal on a global basis
• Provide legal trainings to internal stakeholders

• 4+ years of relevant experience obtained in private practice or as an in-house lawyer
• Demonstrated expertise in advising on and negotiating data processing agreements
• CIPP/E certification or willingness to obtain such certification
• Law degree with distinction
• Fluency in English and German
• High-level legal drafting skills (in particular in English)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Negotiation skills
• Creative thinking and problem solving
• Commercial outlook
• Ability to perform under pressure and to work independently
• Willingness to travel within Germany
